Introduction to Cookies
What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device when you visit a website. They help the website remember your actions and preferences over time, improving your browsing experience. Cookies can be session-based, meaning they are deleted when you close your browser, or persistent, meaning they remain stored on your device for a set period. They are widely used across the internet to make websites work more efficiently and to provide a smoother, more personalised experience.
Royal River Lounge uses cookies to enhance user experience and analyse site traffic. By understanding how visitors move through our website, we can make informed improvements that benefit everyone who comes to learn about our riverside dining and offline poker experiences.
Why We Use Cookies
Royal River Lounge uses cookies to ensure the website functions correctly, to understand how visitors interact with our content, and to remember your preferences for future visits. We do not use cookies to collect personally identifiable information without your consent, and we never use cookies for online gambling or financial transactions, as Royal River Lounge is an offline venue.
- Cookies help us improve our services and tailor content to your interests.
- They allow the website to remember your choices, such as language or region preferences.
- They provide anonymous usage data that helps us refine page layouts and navigation.
